Chahaya Malaysia by The Critic on 03/06/2008

This restaurant is serving authentic Malaysian food. I believe is the only Malaysia restaurant in Ottawa. I know it's authentic because I am a Malaysian and the owner is also a Malaysian. If you can take spicy food I would recommend the Rendang Beef... and when I say it is spicy, I mean business, you are going to feel it! :) The only downside is that the price in this restaurant is rather expensive considering the portion that it is serving.

Sushi Kanata by nicholas on 03/06/2008

The atmosphere is not too bad and the table arrangement helps in giving you privacy if that is important for you. The price for the food is average, considering all Japanese restaurants are expensive. I find the sushi there is not too great. I ordered Sushi Kanata and I find some of the rice are dry... I guess they are not freshly made!?

Little India Cafe by nicholas on 03/06/2008

This is one of the best Indian restaurant in Ottawa. I really loved the Chicken Briyani there. However, I find it a little expensive, $13.95 plus tips and tax for the Chicken Briyani. If you are looking for a good atmosphere while dining, this is probably not the place as their interior design is not very appealing.
